Use dental floss daily to remove plaque from between teeth and below the gums, preventing it harden into tartar, because once formed, can only be removed with professional cleaning.

Use mouthwash before or after brushing teeth
Choose a balanced diet by avoiding starches and sugars. When you eat these foods, try it with food and not between meals. The extra saliva produced during a meal helps rinse food from the mouth. Use dental products that contain fluoride, including toothpaste. How to brush your teethFor brushing teeth to effectively discharge its mandate, it must become a daily routine to get up after each meal and again before bedtime. Consistency is crucial, because plaque is formed continuously, and only removing it again and again may prevent their harmful effect.
