Prevent skin diseases in childrenAs we all know, the sun is very good for the health of children, helping them to synthesize vitamin D, is very effective for bones, benefits the correct assimilation of calcium and phosphorus, and is also an excellent environment where they can swim, play and spend time having fun.

However, we note that an excessive exposure of children to the sun, can have negative effects on the skin and dangerous in the short or long term.

Children need adequate time to sunbathe and the necessary protection if too much sun can suffer burns on their skin and various diseases such as dermatitis, photosensitivity, skin aging, immune disorders, cataracts and cancer.

It is therefore very important to prevent, adequate time sunbathing habits and teach them to adapt it to your daily routine.

Eye, head and body must be protected with hats and sunscreen factor 15 on. This should be applied half an hour before sun exposure and re-used every 2 hours or after swimming in the sea.

It is important that children not drink before noon sun, as this greatly increases the risk of contracting sunburn or skin diseases. Finally, one should not in any way exposed to children under six months to UV rays.

childhood obesityToday, the society in which we live we have plenty of food, the main consequence of radiation that are supercharged (if we spent a couple of days without eating just would notice our bodies, insurance). Who else should take care of food are small, since the kids are too many calories.

The lifestyle that we have implemented makes children spend the day eating and, even worse, not only do so without restraint, but also do so in abundance, with bad habits and taking too many calories. No doubt the bad habits that children are getting used today makes it promotes childhood obesity.

Leading a sedentary life is another factor that binds with the higher intake of calories among children. One of the best ways to safeguard the health and infant feeding is to eliminate the saturated fat in the diet of children and promote healthy diet: fruits, vegetables, instead of buns, cakes, sweets or fast food.

Obesity is a problem in childhood (and in the adult, of course), which can produce both psychological and physical disorders, to heart problems. Thus, diseases such as hypertension or diabetes are more ballots to occur if care is not calorie intake.

Thus, we can see that now eats too much, much more than what our body needs. Sometimes we give children the best food, and therefore force them to eat, although we are not aware that they can be supercharged. It is difficult to establish a balanced diet as it is structured society, but you must maintain the health of children based on balanced diets. Win them and we all win.
