Obesity is not a hopeless case, since changing the habits of life is a good solution to combat it. Childhood is the stage of our life in which we formed for the future. Many of the experiences of children will mark our adult life, so it is important that we control some aspects in time and avoid that a child will develop obesity accompany you for life. It simply serves to adapt the habits and lead them to a healthier life.
As we know, the basis of good health is the practice of sport , it is one of the best ways to maintain a good weight and improve health. In the case of children, we must strive to carry out at least 60 minutes daily of activity sports. To achieve this it is important to take some action.
